     Well to send directly to your phone use Myxer.com which is what i use... I'm not sure if this will upload to itunes.. but it is really good...

     You go on Myxer.com and then click create your own ringtones... then you choose the song and you make the ringtone... it will then ask you to enter your phone #, company, and other details... it may then ask you to sign-up for free (yes, free). I'm not sure how your phone works but it will then proceed to send a message to your phone containing the ringtone... I have the Verizon LG env2 so it shows as a pic/video/voice message though all that it contains is the ringtone... you can then save it to your phone... and use it as a ringtone...

     *Note* Your phone must be able toreceivee pic/video/voice messages (not sure what their called on sprint)

     *Note* You will only be charged on your phone bill as ifreceivingg a normal pic/video/voice messages from one of your friends or something...

    I'd been searching for quite a while for old-school Christian metal ringtones and thought I'd hit the jackpot a little while ago when I found a site that had a huge collection of '80s Christian metal bands--Bloodgood, Whitecross and Deliverance were the first three that caught my eye--but when I hit the "play" button on various songs, I couldn't believe how awful the cropping was--the tones began and ended in the middle of verses, and it sounded very...well, not very good, if you're a music fan.       First off, download Audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

      Then, open up the song you want to make a ringtone of. Then pick a 10-15 second or so part that you want.

      Now see all those blue wave things? Well, you have to click on there and drag it and highlight everything before the part of the ringtone you want.

      After you highlighted it, press the delete button on your keyboard.

      Do the same with the stuff after part you want.

      Then you should have a short blue wave instead of the big long one for the whole song.

      Save as a new file.

      Now, to get it on your phone, you have to give more details. What phone do you have? Is it a smartphone? Does it have a USB port? Etc.

      So you have a "puter" (computer, i guess) but don't know if it has a "burner" for you to make personal cds, right? Ok, as i know, if you have purchased a PC with the Recorderable CD/DVD ROM then you i'll be provided a CD containing at least one "burner" software (maybe it's Nero Burning Rom). If you don't have that "burner" software, you can buy it from NeroPortal (at www.nero.com). By the way, there's also has a free "burner" software that can fit your requirement to create the MP3 or CD audio right here: http://cdburnerxp.se/ (its name is CDBurnerXP, again, it's absolutely FREE).       And if you don't know whether your CD/DVD ROM is recorderable, you can do this tip to determine:

      2) Hold down the CLR (clear) button on your phone until The record option appears.

      6) Send the sound to yourself (Your cellphone number)
      7) When you receive the message, open it. select options> Save as ring tone. Go to your ring tones, and there you go!
