     Well to send directly to your phone use Myxer.com which is what i use... I'm not sure if this will upload to itunes.. but it is really good...

     You go on Myxer.com and then click create your own ringtones... then you choose the song and you make the ringtone... it will then ask you to enter your phone #, company, and other details... it may then ask you to sign-up for free (yes, free). I'm not sure how your phone works but it will then proceed to send a message to your phone containing the ringtone... I have the Verizon LG env2 so it shows as a pic/video/voice message though all that it contains is the ringtone... you can then save it to your phone... and use it as a ringtone...

     *Note* Your phone must be able toreceivee pic/video/voice messages (not sure what their called on sprint)

     *Note* You will only be charged on your phone bill as ifreceivingg a normal pic/video/voice messages from one of your friends or something...

     *Note* these ringtones can only be sent through bluetooth...

      First of I have a dash as well. You are able to use your own mp3s as ringtones as long as they are in the my documents folder. You may also go to my site www.geocities.com/zerorazr on your phones browser and choose from over a hundred tones. I also make ringtones by request if you e mail me. Another good site that my brother uses is called www.myxer.com, you have to register but there are no charges or anything. (MyXer lets you make them online then text them to your phone)
